Bryant Arroyo, an inmate at SCI Frackville, PA, is a jailhouse environmentalist fighting to educate the public and prisoners about the dangers of building prisons on or near toxic waste sites.
"Bryant's organizing is legendary, as he stopped the construction of a
coal gasification plant next to SCI Mahanoy", said Noelle Hanrahan, Director of Prison Radio.
