Iraqi forces claim to have made further strides in the recapture of
western Mosul, including retaking the main government offices in the
city. A military spokesman says the Army has also recaptured the central
bank’s main branch and a building used to house ISIL’s main court of justice.
The court is known for handing out sentences reflecting the jihadist group’s extreme ideology.
