Residents in the South African town of Carolina are taking the local government to court after their water supply was polluted by run-off from nearby coal mines. Despite measures to improve water quality, many people say it's still unsafe and accuse the authorities of not doing enough. Al Jazeera's Tania Page reports from Carolina.
