Economic Equality Still Elusive in South Africa


South Africa's president says the country needs radical economic transformation to promote equality. Jacob Zuma was speaking at the policy conference of the ruling African National Congress. The conference will debate whether or not the government should nationalise mines and banks. In the country's townships, however, citizens they have much more pressing priorities.
