Statement by the Press Secretary on H.R. 4045 and H.R. 4967
On Friday, May 25, 2012, the President signed
into law:
H.R. 4045, which authorizes a modification to
the award of Post‑Deployment/Mobilization Respite Absence administrative
absence days for certain members of the reserve components; and
H.R. 4967, the "Temporary Bankruptcy
Judgeships Extension Act of 2012," which extends authority to fill
vacancies in temporary offices of bankruptcy judges in certain Federal judicial
districts.
